Cameron University Advising The Academic Advising Center is open 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday. As a new student, you will be assigned an Advisor based on the major you choose.

Cameron University’s Academic Advising Center is the central location for academic information and resources for students. In addition to providing advising services to all new Cameron students, we help students find the right major that meets their academic goals and interests. We are committed to providing timely and accurate advice for students so they succeed academically. Of course, if you me

et an Advising Specialist whom you really like, you can choose to work directly with that specific individual. You will also have a chance to meet and be advised by some of Cameron University’s faculty. These faculty are full-time instructors from the different majors who have dedicated time specifically to work with students in the Advisement Center. Once you are ready to leave the Advisement Center, we will work with your major department to assist you as you transition to your departmental advisor.
