🔹 Heat Stroke (a 911 emergency): No sweating, red/hot skin, confusion, rapid pulse, unconsciousness
Stay Safe Tips:
✅ Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water, even if you’re not thirsty
âś… Avoid outdoor activities during peak heat
âś… Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing
âś… Never leave people or pets in a parked car
✅ Check on neighbors – especially seniors or those without A/C
If you or someone you know shows signs of a heat emergency, call 911 immediately. Every second counts!
