For years those who could not afford health care had been getting it by way of the EXPENSIVE Emergency Room service or by enrolling in the COSTLY Medicaid Program.In other words We-the-Taxpayers have been paying for it anyway.

wants to replace this costly health care system by enrolling hospitals (tho not their ERs) thru HSA savings account or HMO managed visits.

At the end of the day all expenses should go down. The other alternative is just by letting poor folks dropping dead on the streets and the rest of us catching the untreated diseases.
