Ninon de Vere De Rosa founded KidsTalk Foundation in 1997 to 2005, focused on helping youth all over the world. KidsTalk Youth Training Program:
KidsTalk Youth Training Program (YTP) is a program introduced to give youth the opportunity in the field of media, communications, and journalism. This program allows children and teens to obtain ex

posure to media communications through hands-on training to enhance their understanding and knowledge of production techniques, in front of the camera and behind the camera. These children come from disadvantaged backgrounds that, without the benefit of this program, would never have had this opportunity to increase there ability to have the choice to go into the world of media and entertainment business. KidsTalk Future Leaders Program:
The Future Leaders Program was established in 2005, starting with 650 orphans at three camps, Nambale, Bunyore & Kakamega, Kenya, East Africa, it is now over 1,000. The student population consists of orphaned or extremely destitute children who would otherwise be unable to receive an education or medication, also in Africa the children have to pay to go to high school; KidsTalk are sponsoring 12 students to attend high school. This is from my good friend Stephanie, over the years, it all started when I had "Voices of Tomorrow" that was filmed in Los Angeles and world wide, take a look and let's see how we can help.
What Motivates a School Shooter?
Every human is born with a strong, resilient spirit and God-given talents, including imagination, intuition, creativity, insight, a sense of humor, hidden abilities yet to be discovered, and a self-protective conscience that can safeguard us and keep us safe and healthy.
The police, experts, and the public are struggling to find the motivation of each school shooter.
Drawing from my 40 years of experience as a crime and violence prevention specialist and having survived abandonment by my parents, here is what I have learned over the years.
Humans are naturally meant to work together, care for, and help each other. That is called love! When a child is bullied, neglected, or abused, they don’t feel good about themselves and often develop low self-esteem. To protect themselves, they might bully other children or become an easy target for bullies. This indicates a child who is spiritually off-balance, which can lead to mental health issues, anger, and even violence that may result in revenge. Revenge can escalate into murder. That is what we call evil.
For years, many families attended church, which provided them with emotional tools to look inward and strengthen themselves. Many families without any religion taught kids values such as honesty, encouragement for their talents, the importance of a good education, and the value of military service, which instilled self-discipline.
However, as a society, the family gradually grew weaker, and some children no longer learned how to manage their emotions. Abused and neglected children felt alone and isolated and didn’t develop a spiritual understanding of themselves.
In the 1940s and 1950s, Americans didn’t recognize these issues, but they gradually grew as young people ignored their inner power of self-respect, self-worth, and self-love. Teenagers are impressionable and often look to outside sources for guidance. Movies, music, and celebrities shaped young people who didn’t understand their own power and wanted to be cool like their “pretend heroes” on the silver screen. They followed the leader as smoking, drinking, and casual s*x became popular. Over time, boys and girls lost respect for themselves and escaped from their lives by using drugs or drinking alcohol.
The American struggle turned into a battle between good and evil. Criminal activities became the main issue as teenagers tried to tell parents they lacked guidance. Gangs recruited 400,000 members each year and grew more violent. Politicians jumped into the debate over whether to send more police or tighten gun laws. We failed to confront the spiritual crisis that was deeply affecting American cities.
We need to talk about the power of the human spirit as we face mental health issues, kids killing kids, drive-by shootings, youth looting stores, and mass shootings. We also confront the troubling fact that American politicians add to the problem with name-calling and threats of violence. Anger keeps people stuck when they can’t let go of their egos and recognize the problems affecting today’s youth.
We need to stop focusing on “I’m right and you are wrong” and instead work together to address the real issues, like kids killing each other. A young man killing innocent children in church isn’t just a crisis we’ve exposed; it’s a sign that Satanic behavior has been unleashed. We must speak out and hold accountable all violent actions by politicians, citizens, and youth. They are putting American lives and our future at risk.
