The USA is no longer recognizable to me online. There is so much hate and division that it makes me sick to my stomach. I love watching the posts for foreigners that are here for the World Cup. They recognize what a great country we are and complain that they have been lied to by their media about us. Well guess what, our media is just as guilty.
Get out and talk to people and base your feelings about the USA on your personal interactions and not the opinions and hatred expressed by others, especially polititians, who do not have your best interests in mind.
It is time for all of us to come together and work for, not only a better USA, but a better world.
We won't always see eye to eye, but through effective dialogue, with truth and education, we can at least come to an agreement that the majority of people can stand behind.
