St. Peter's Historic Neighborhood The 1st and best (according to the neighbors!) neighborhood association in all of Laredo :). The St. Peter's Historic District, comprised of 36 blocks. ARTICLE I.

Peter's Historic Neighborhood Association is formed for and by the NEIGHBORS that live or work in the St. NAME OF ORGANIZATION: The name of the organization shall be
St. Peter’s Historic Neighborhood Association. ARTICLE II. PURPOSE: The purposes for which the Neighborhood Association is organized are:
a) To enhance the livability of the neighborhood and Laredo by establishing and maintaining an

open line of communication and liaison among the neighborhood, government agencies and other neighborhoods. b) To provide an open process by which all members of the neighborhood may involve themselves in the affairs of the neighborhood. c) To promote, educate and advocate for the value, preservation and maintenance of the St. Peter’s Historic District’s architectural and natural beauty for the future and benefit of its residents and the greater city of Laredo. d) To do and perform all of the activities related said purposes, to have and enjoy all of the powers granted, and engage in any lawful activity for which nonprofit corporations may be organized under Texas state law. e) For such other objectives as are approved by the Board of Directors or general membership. ARTICLE III. BOUNDARIES: Boundaries of the Neighborhood Association shall include the northern boundary of Moctezuma Street, western boundary of Santa Isabel Street, including the train depot, southern boundary of both sides of Hidalgo, eastern boundary of Santa Maria, and other areas deemed of significance by action of the Board of Directors.
