The Upper Colorado River Endangered Fish Recovery Program and the San Juan River Basin Recovery Implementation Program and their partners are recovering four species of endangered fish in the Colorado River and its tributaries in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming while water use and development continues to meet human needs in compliance with interstate compacts and applicable federal and state laws.

Thanks to all of you who are interested in our recovery efforts. We are excited to be working on a new outreach strategy that incorporates information about our programs in pages managed by our partners to help as many people as possible learn about our species. We are excited to announce that the Program Biologist position with the San Juan River Basin Recovery Implementation Program at the New Mexico Ecological Service Field Office in Albuquerque, NM has been announced today. We are recruiting as widely as possible in hopes of finding the right person for the position. Please pass this on to anyone you know who may qualify and be interested, and we encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
