Polk County Fire Rescue Medic 31/32 Ambulance Polk County Fire Rescue (PCFR) is a division of the Polk County Board of County Commissioners.

PCFR provides fire suppression, emergency medical services, 9-1-1 addressing, emergency management, emergency operations center, emergency radio services and fire inspections to Polk County. Our network of 45 fire and rescue stations provide the highest level of professionalism and a series of inter-local agreements with most of Polk's 17 municipalities and surrounding counties supply the highest

level of services to Polk's residents and visitors. These inter-local agreements exist in the form of Automatic Aid, Mutual Aid, and contracted service. We also provide fire suppression services for the City of Eagle Lake, the City of Polk City, the City of Mulberry, the Town of Lake Hamilton, and the Town of Hillcrest Heights. It truly is an honor to serve the more than 600,000 residents and countless visitors within the nearly 2,000 square mile area known as Central Florida's Polk County.
