Or you and your family?

The Contract with Florida takes a clear position:

Medical decisions belong to individuals and families.

The contract opposes government mandates requiring medical procedures, vaccinations, or treatments as a condition of employment, education, or participation in public life.

Floridians have spent years fighting for medical freedom.

The question now is simple:

Will the people seeking to lead Florida protect those freedoms?

Or will those protections disappear when the political winds change?

A freedom isn’t much of a freedom if it only exists when it’s convenient.

And once they're gone, they're gone.

The Contract with Florida calls for protecting Florida's ability to defend its land, water, and ecosystems while requiring independent environmental and water-use studies before new data center permits are approved.

That's a conversation Florida needs to have.

Growth is coming. Technology is coming. Development is coming.

But Florida shouldn't have to sacrifice its water or environment to accommodate every massive project that comes knocking.

That’s the idea behind the Contract With Florida.

It’s a public pledge asking the candidates seeking Florida’s top statewide offices to put Floridians and their freedoms ahead of special interests.

The contract lays out clear commitments on issues that matter to Florida families:

🌴 Protecting Florida’s land and water
🏥 Medical freedom
💵 Protecting the use of cash
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents’ rights and education
🔒 Privacy and protection from government surveillance

The message is simple:

Our votes have to be earned.

Florida has more data centers coming. Nobody is testing the water first.

The first plank of the Contract with Florida asks every statewide candidate to commit to independent third-party studies on environmental impact, water use, and potential contamination before any data center permit is approved.

It also commits them to defend Florida's right under the Tenth Amendment to protect its own land, water, and ecosystem, instead of letting federal mandates override state conservation standards.

This is not a press release. It is language candidates are being asked to sign their names to.
