Hello everyone. Firstly, thank you for your immense support and generous donations. Through Badrun Nahar Rashid Foundation, we were able to send relief to 210 families Alhumdulillah. Will be sharing all the details. Please continue to follow this page for more updates.

On September 1st, our team of hardworking and dedicated volunteers spent the entire day and night packing and making bags for the victims.

Each package contained the following:

1) Muri 2Kg
2) Chira 2Kg
3) Gur 1Kg
4) Dates 250g
5) Toast Biscuit 1Kg
6) Energy Plus Biscuit 5 Packet
7) Soap (big) 1
8 ) Candles 6 Pc
9) Match Box 2
10) Water 5ltr
11) ORsaline 5Pc
12) Napa/Ace 20 Pc
13) Flagyl/Amodis 20Pc
14) Sanitary Pad 1 Packet

In addition to these, we were very lucky to receive donation of dry clothes for those affected by flood.

Our volunteers started at the stark of dawn. We reached Kulaura, Moulvibazar, Sylhet at around 12 pm. What a journey it was. First we traveled by car, then troller, then boat to reach to the families in need.

Once we reached at the area, it was devastating to see the condition in which families were living. Almost all villages, paddy fields, small bridges and streets were flooded under water. After 8 hours journey, we were able to distribute all the food bags to the families in need. We went to 5 villages to distribute the bags.

Governments officers, local leaders and their scout team helped us to reach out to the families who needed this relief the most. Our goal was to reach to these people and ensure proper distribution of this relief.

Indeed, it was a tough job to pull off but nevertheless, an unique experience to witness. People of Sylhet still need more help. May Allah bless mankind and give the strength to stand beside the victims.

- Rice - 3kg
- Lentil - 1kg
- Salt- 1kg
- Sugar-1kg
- Tumeric powder - 200g
- Chili powder - 200g
- Oil-1L
- Potato - 1kg
- Dates - 200g
- Oral saline - 5 pk
- Napa - 20 tabs
- Flagyl -20 tabs
- 1 gallon drinking water
- Candles - 6 pieces
- Matchbox - 2 boxes

Our goal is to leave for sylhet early in the morning. InshShaaAllah all goes well.

Salam everyone! With the grace of Almighty Allah and all of your tremendous support we have collected a generous amount of donation. Alhumdulillah. The fund is being used to buy food and medications for the victims. We plan to provide all these to at least 300 families InshShaaAllah.
