The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation mourns the passing of Brigadier General Paul D. Slack, USMC (Retired).

General Slack served as a member of the Foundation's Board of Directors from 1999 to 2006, helping guide Toys for Tots through a period of growth while strengthening our ability to deliver hope and joy to children in need. His leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to service left a lasting impact on our organization.

His legacy continues through the countless lives he touched, including the enduring partnership he helped establish between Toys for Tots and Holy Cross Ministries—a relationship that continues to serve children and families today.

We are deeply honored that the Slack family has chosen to support the Toys for Tots mission through memorial gifts made in General Slack's memory. It is a fitting tribute to a man whose life was defined by service to others.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the entire Slack family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Semper Fidelis.
