Marshall County Democrats Gather to Meet Candidates
The Marshall County Democrats held an organizational meeting Monday January 19th at Wildey's in Lacon. Kevin Lamm who is a candidate for the State Democratic Central Committee for the 16th Congressional District sponsored the event. The 16th Congressional District includes all of Marshall County. Over 50 members of the community had the opportunity to meet and hear from statewide and local candidates who will be running for offices in the upcoming March 17th Primary in Illinois. Reminder to all voters in Marshall County- All are encouraged to vote and individuals can request either party ballot at each primary. An individual is not required to vote for the same person(s) in a general election.
