Through partnering, we will have the opportunity to serve children who would otherwise not be able to participate in unique sports rehabilitation services that develop self-esteem, teach self-defense skills, and enhance c
oordination and mobility. M&J Helping Hands has collaborated with local Martial Art Schools in providing physical fitness and therapeutic adaptive self - defense programs. The overall goal is to empower children with disabilities by providing them with the opportunity to grow and thrive to their full potential without limitations and to improve their quality of life.
