🎳❤️ This afternoon, our team came together for our First Annual Family Fun Day at HeadPinz, and what a wonderful time it was!

While we take great pride in serving the citizens of Hendry County each day, today was a reminder that our team is about so much more than the work we do. It's about the relationships we build, the friendships we form, and the support we provide one another both inside and outside of the office.

Opportunities like these allow us to spend quality time together, get to know each other on a deeper level, and strengthen the bonds that make our team so special. When we invest in one another, we become a stronger team, and that ultimately helps us better serve our community.

We are grateful for every member of our Tax Collector family and the positive culture we are building together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first Family Fun Day such a success. We are already looking forward to the next one!

Tax Collector Amy Collins is excited to partner with CareerSource and provide local students with opportunities to gain valuable real-world experience in a professional office environment. 👏

BeYon is an incoming senior at Clewiston High School, graduating Class of 2027 🎓 and is currently dual-enrolled while pursuing her dream of becoming a Radiology Technician. 🩺 She also has aspirations of one day owning her own business! 💼✨

We are proud to support the next generation by helping students build confidence, develop workplace skills, and prepare for life after graduation. ❤️

🎉 HE’S BACK… AND HERE TO STAY! 🎉

Please help us give a warm welcome back to Kevin as he officially joined the Hendry County Tax Collector’s Office full-time as a Customer Service Representative in our LaBelle office this week!

We were blessed to have Kevin intern with us last summer, and after graduating this year, he has returned to continue serving our community. Kevin will also be attending Ave Maria University this fall to pursue a degree in Accounting, and we couldn’t be more proud of him and excited for his future.

Kevin’s positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to customer service have already made a lasting impression on our team, and we are thrilled to officially welcome him back.

We want to make our customers aware of scam text messages claiming to be from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV).

⚠️ FLHSMV WILL NEVER contact you by text message demanding payment, threatening suspension, or asking you to click suspicious links.

If you receive a message like this:
❌ Do NOT click any links
❌ Do NOT provide personal or payment information
❌ Do NOT respond to the message

✅ Delete the message immediately.

Scammers are becoming more convincing, and these messages are designed to create panic and urgency. Always verify information directly through official state websites or by contacting our office.

Due to a scheduled power outage, our Clewiston Office will be closing today at 4:45 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as the outage is outside of our control.
