Helpful hint to your buyers:
Ensure your name
is spelled correctly on all documents.
(Note, Deed of Trust, etc.)
Ensure the property address is spelled correctly and nothing is left out.
( Dr.,Rd., Ave., etc.)
Verify Closing Disclosure with your initial loan estimate to ensure fees and terms have not changed unexpectedly.
