Spring is waking up… and so is PTO planning season 🌸✨

Our General Spring Meeting is coming soon, and we’re looking ahead to next year’s dream team! We have some key spots to fill, and we’d love to see some fresh faces (and familiar ones too 👀) jump in.

Grab your gloves and join us for a HVES Learning Garden Work Day this Saturday! We’ll be planting, cleaning, mulching, and getting the garden ready for a beautiful spring season of outdoor learning. 🌸🌿

🗓 Saturday, March 21
⏰ 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole time, many hands make light work and help our garden grow! Bring your family, your gardening spirit, and get ready to dig in.

Behind every great Hawk Walk is a flock of absolutely unstoppable women. 💪🦅

These ladies have been planning, organizing, texting, lifting boxes, chasing prizes, answering a million questions, and somehow still showing up with smiles and coffee in hand. What you see on the day of Hawk Walk is fun and excitement… but what you don’t see are the late-night messages, the spreadsheets, the snack runs, and the big hearts behind it all.

I’m ridiculously lucky to get to do this work alongside women who care this much about our school and our kids. They bring the hustle, the humor, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

Hawk Walk magic doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of this crew. 🫶

Let’s hear it for the dream team. 🦅✨

Dress like you’re headed to the parks at Walt Disney World. Think mouse ears, castle-core, character tees, safari vibes, princess energy, park-hopper chic. If it belongs in a ride photo, it works!🎠👑

And don’t forget… it’s the LAST day to donate for Hawk Walk! This is our grand finale moment. The fireworks. The parade down Main Street. 🎆

Last Friday’s pep rally was bursting with energy as our Disney Inside Out characters, Joy and Anxiety, helped rev the Hawks up for the Hawk Walk donation drive! 💙💛with the help of Disgust, Riley & Hawkey of course!

There were big smiles, lots of laughs, and school spirit through the roof as students and staff kicked off what is already shaping up to be an exciting week. The momentum is building as we work together toward our goal of making the vinyl window coverings for the exterior windows a reality. It’s going to look AMAZING — and the best part is knowing our school community made it happen together.

Hawk Walk spirit is officially filling the halls, and we are having a blast this week… and it all started with one unforgettable pep rally! 🦅✨
