Align9’s Wellness Workshop is designed to help participants build practical life skills through education, creative activities, goal setting, exercise, and social connection. It’s a 10-week opportunity to find tools and support for stability, independence, and long-term recovery.

We meet Thursdays from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Lenoir City. Childcare and snacks are provided.

This October, we wear purple to raise awareness, show support for survivors, and remind our communities that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported.

Domestic violence can affect individuals and families in every community. By speaking up, learning the signs, supporting survivors, and connecting people with resources, we can help create safer, stronger communities together.
