As this election season comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank a few people who played a part in making this election season successful.
Thank you to Kelli Jo and The Volunteer Times for the fair, professional, and consistent coverage throughout this election. Thank you for helping keep our community informed and giving everyone the opportunity to be heard. Your work is appreciated.
I also want to thank everyone behind the scenes, my family, supporters, volunteers, and every person who encouraged, prayed, shared a post, put out a sign, or had a conversation on my behalf. Campaigns are never one person’s effort, and I’m incredibly grateful for every person who placed their trust in me.
Most importantly, thank you again to the people of Campbell County for your trust and support. It is an honor to continue serving this community as your Sheriff. We have a lot more work to do, and I’m committed to continuing to serve every person in this county to the very best of my ability.
And to those who may not have voted for me, I’d still welcome the opportunity to sit down over a cup of coffee and earn your trust over the next four years. At the end of the day, we all want the same thing, a safer, stronger Campbell County, and I’ll continue working every day to do my part to make that happen.
