Girls on the Go A fitness studio that focuses on keeping healthy and understanding that family comes first. A strong mind,body and soul are the cornerstone to our lives.

GOTG loves offering private fitness classes to municipalities via a grant program specifically for them. We target each program for each town. All of our trainers are certified personal trainers, and group fitness instructors. We are AED/CPR certified. GOTG has $1M liability insurance and each instructor has additional liability insurance. GOTG trainers hold Bachelors Degree in exercise science an

d business management, and most hold Masters of Business Management and Advance Living and Doctrines of PT. GOTG believes in keeping active as we all start to get older and keeping our seniors moving as they begin the next stage of their lives. Together, we can find a balance that can blend within the municipality.
