PromiseMakers Event – Timber Rattlers Game!

PromiseMakers is heading to the Timber Rattlers game on Thursday, April 16, 2026, for an evening of fun and connection! J.R. Gerritts Soundscape will also be performing the National Anthem.

Location: 2400 N Casaloma Dr, Appleton, WI 54913

Drop-off (JRG CIRCLE DRIVE): 4:30 PM
Picnic: 5:00–6:20 PM
Game: 6:40 PM start
Pick-up: 9:00 PM at JRG stadium lot

Additional Event Information:

Parent drop-off will be in the circle drive, and students will report to the commons. Student will depart at 4:45pm.

There is an event using the stadium parking lot, so please allow extra time and avoid parking in that area due to increased traffic.

Bus drop-off at the end of the event will be in the stadium lot.

Dress for the weather! As of 9:00 AM Wednesday, the forecast is a high of 45°F with no rain expected. Please have students dress accordingly.

If anything changes due to weather or the venue, we will communicate updates as needed.

Annual Student/Staff Basketball & Volleyball Games – April 24, 2026

Our goal is to raise over $1,000 for Portia’s Purpose and the Heart of the Valley YMCA during this year’s Student–Staff Basketball Game.

New This Year! Students who bring in hygiene items for Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs will receive 10 raffle tickets as a thank-you for their donation.

TLC Raffle Baskets: Families can support by contributing to their child’s TLC-themed raffle basket. These baskets will be raffled off during the game—be sure to ask your child about their theme!

Raffle Ticket Sales: 3 tickets for $1 or 20 tickets for $5. Sold during lunch starting April 20. All proceeds will be donated
