as a waiver of these guidelines, shall not affect the validity of these guidelines, and shall not affect the
City’s ability to delete such content in the future.

Wilmington Pike Bridge Project Update: On Tuesday, Sept. 8, crews will switch traffic to the other side of the work zone at the Wilmington Pike bridge near the Meijer gas station. During this switch, Wilmington Pike will be closed to through traffic in that area from approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

While it's closed, use East Stroop Road and Woodman Drive to get around. Local access to Meijer, the gas station and nearby businesses stays open.

Please plan for a little extra time if you're traveling through during the closure. Thanks for your patience!

SCAM ALERT.

We were notified of a scam call that a resident received this week. The Caller ID showed up as the City of Kettering with a city phone number, but the call was in reference to a Homestead Exemption Property Tax Refund. The callers were asking the resident to verify personal information. The resident hung up on the caller and called us to verify it was a scam. If you receive a call like this, please know it is not legitimate and please do not give them any of your personal information.
