Have you ever had one of those weeks where the universe nudges you with a big ol' wink and says... "Hang On Tight!
Here we Go!"

This is my week !

✅ Just landed my first Teaching Job ( 4th Grade!) after 13 years of being in "retirement" School Starts Monday!

✅My book, Rethink Everything You Know About Fitness Over Fifty went live on Amazon TODAY!

✅ On Thursday I'll be closing on my very first home, just two years from 60.

✅ Running my virtual training business ( Kimberly Helene Health and Fitness) part-time/ trained clients at 5:30 am today

✅ Competing for the USOA Ms. Maine Title in 5 weeks! Training and practice every evening!

As USOA Ms. Kennebunkport, I just want to say....

Life can surprise you in the most beautiful of ways!
Never give up on your dreams!
Even on the hardest of days ( and we all have them) always keep one foot in front of the other and believe in the amazing strength you have within you 💪

After 6 months of writing, rewriting , editing, rewriting again, collaborating and illustrating... we have a final Copy!

"In sisterhood and service, we create change one act of kindness at a time."

Six years ago, I joined an amazing group of women called The Sand Witches of the Kennebunks.

Since then, I've had the privilege of volunteering alongside an incredible group of women who generously give their time to support our town in countless ways.

From preparing meals and helping local organizations, to lending a hand wherever it's needed, our incredible group is full of kindness, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others in our community.

A huge thank you to Melanie, a fellow Sand Witch and owner of Drangon Star Creations in Kennebunk for today's swag party! The swag was AMAZING!

"Every Day gives us a choice: pass someone by or lift someone up."

My heart is full after receiving the sweetest thank you cards from kiddos who read to my K9Therapy dog, Sky in school last year.

And this evening, I enjoyed time with a dear friend, sharing a simple plate of fresh Caprese.

Earlier in the day was time spent with my mare, Juliet.

Love, laugher, Friendship, Gratitude...

As Ms. Kennebunkport USOA, I am honored to walk a path of learning, sharing, and teaching.

August is shaping up to be an exciting month filled with opportunities to connect with my community, inspire women to embrace strength and good health at every age, prepare for the upcoming release of my book, Rethink Everything You Know About Fitness Over Fifty, and to continue my journey toward the USOA Maine Pageant this September. ❤️
