To the Katy Community - THANK YOU! I am honored to have this opportunity to serve you and give back to the District that has blessed mine and my family's lives in so many ways. I want to congratulate newly elected Trustees Cicelytaylor4katyisd and Nathan Shipley for Katy ISD - I'm eager to work alongside you both and our existing trustees to make sure we're always keeping our students, educators, and taxpayers at the center of every decision! I want to thank the other candidates in my race for their desire to serve and for running completely positive, opportunity‑focused campaigns. To my supporters, friends, and family, thank you for your mentorship, encouragement, and guidance throughout these past several months - we're just getting started!!
Katy ISD has rightfully earned a reputation for excellence over many decades. This reputation was built thanks to the collective efforts of so many who have poured their hearts into making sure the children in Katy have every opportunity to receive a world class public education. I am humbled and honored to assume the responsibility of Trustee, and look forward to doing everything I can to ensure this generation of students and those to come will always be proud to say they were a product of our beloved "Katy Schools"!
