As the polls open on Election Day, I encourage all of you to exercise what is arguably the greatest responsibility we have as citizens. Now more than ever, we need strong, ethical leadership in this country and here in Kane County. Local elections and primaries matter, which is why I voted early and cast my vote for Amy Johnson for Kane County Sheriff. I encourage all of you to do the same.

This chapter may be done; however, my commitment to Kane County and the Sheriff’s Office will never be over.

I remain vigilant in ensuring Kane County’s strongest, best, Fair, and Focused Future.

Amy Johnson has my full endorsement and I believe, with her, Kane County’s future is safe and secure.

I am deeply grateful to the people who have taken their time and attention to support me. I am forever thankful for each and every one of you.

The holiday season is full of celebrations, family time, and busy schedules, but my responsibility to the community never takes a break.

Throughout this holiday season, my focus remains with the people of Kane County. I am committed to building a future that is safer, Fair, and Focused built on integrity, accountability, and service.

Hey Everyone!

The past couple of weeks have been crazy with the holidays coming up! We haven’t been as active on social media because we have been focusing on showing up for the community, along with trying to balance time with family.

But just because we haven’t been on your feed does not mean you haven’t been on our minds.

Everyday we look for opportunities to be there for the communities that make up Kane County. With the holidays just around the corner, it’s important that each of you know how much Kane County, and the people within it, mean to us.

Kane County deserves a leader that shows up, cares about the well-being of each community, individual’s safety, and someone who remains dedicated to a Fair and Focused Future. These are all things that I, Andrew Schwab, will bring to Kane County if you will have me as your next Sheriff.

Recently, Martha Paschke hosted an event where we were able to answer many in-depth questions regarding policies, safety, and my plans for the future. We were so grateful for the opportunity and it is inspiring to see so many people care so deeply about Kane County.

Hello everyone!

It has been a few weeks since my last update. I have been spending time with my family while preparing for the upcoming holiday season. Stepping back briefly has been a helpful reminder of the importance of balance, reflection, and the values that connect us as a community.

Although things have been quieter on social media, our work within the community has continued without pause. Over the past several weeks, we have been attending local events, volunteering, meeting with neighbors, and supporting local programs. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to being present, listening closely, and contributing wherever I can.

I want to thank you for your understanding during this short period of reduced online activity. Even though updates have been less frequent, please know that I am consistently thinking about our community, the challenges we face, and the ways we can continue to grow and support one another. Your trust and engagement remain at the heart of everything we do.

I look forward to sharing more in the coming weeks and to continuing the work of building a stronger, fair, and focused community together.

HONORING ALL WHO SERVED

We take today to honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage and dedication. Their sacrifices, seen and unseen, do not go unrecognized. With deep gratitude, we thank our veterans for their unwavering commitment, resilience, and their sacrifices. We, as a country, should always strive to show them the respect and appreciation they have earned.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Thank you all for coming to our fundraiser last week on Thursday. It was incredible, and the support means everything to us.

Right now, however, there are people in our community who need our help.

42 million American families rely on SNAP benefits, 16 million of which are children. In the state of Illinois, 748,000 children rely on the SNAP benefits.

WIC serves over 6 million women and children per month.

Because of government shutdown, the funds for SNAP and WIC were stopped, leaving the risk for families to starve and infants to face malnutrition.

This is unacceptable, and we’re calling for everyone, who is able, to stand up and be there for your community.

My family and I have donated, and will continue to donate and help where we can.
