15 years this flooring guy decided he needed a change and what a change he did. Bill joined our family and there is not enough space to talk about how much he is valued and appreciated. Bill is our plumbing service tech but he is so much more. He is a "father" figure to many here and the amount of customers that request him says a lot about his work, his thoroughness and one that does not like to give up until his job is complete. We are truly blessed to have him with our company but most importantly as our family.

16 years ago this past Saturday this young man was hired on a temporary basis...obviously temporary turned into a long term commitment. We are so thankful Nathan stayed with us and has brought so many things to the table. He is our go to for plumbing remodels, projects that need to have a mind that thinks outside the box and not afraid to jump in and get to work. He has many customers and contractors that ask for him specifically and he has a way to make our customers know that they will be taken care of. Thank you Nathan for being a part of our family and helping the younger guys learn there is so much possibility to learn while on the job. We are fortunate to have you as part of our company and family.

This past Monday Chris joined our family and company 15 years ago. Joined as an installer, then received his journeyman's license, then his Masters license and now is our company foreman. We appreciate all that Chris does for this company, getting the guys going, answering questions, meeting with our customer, contractors and assisting Jeremy with quotes. Thank you Chris and we look forward to the years to come.

Today's shout out is to Erich! He is not only one of our HVAC installers but also wears the service tech hat. We have been able to utilize his talents in both areas of our business. Erich has been with us for 6 years this past July and obtained his Journeyman's license as well this past year. Erich is one that loves to acquire information and digs further into the problem until he finds his answers. Thank you Erich for all that you bring to the table. We appreciate you as not only as a team member of our company but also part of our family. We look forward to being a part of you HVAC journey.

This is what team work is all about. One of our guys car broke down and we stepped up and pushed it from the 4 way stop to the repair shop. We are a family and a company that comes together and not standing alone!

Two years ago today Wendy joined our company and family. She does our billing for our service department and assists with scheduling for our services techs. Coming in and not knowing about the plumbing, heating and air world she has embraced this world and learns something new everyday (like we should and do). When Wendy is not here plugging away you can find her often at home planning her trips to see her handsome grandson. We are thankful for Wendy for being a part of our company and family.

This past Saturday 4 years ago a young man started his plumbing journey. Went through 4 years of the apprenticeship program and waiting to receive his license to be a journeyman plumber....We are so thankful and proud of you Kaige for joining our company and family. Looking forward to watching you grow your knowledge and experience with us. Congrats on the 4 years and looking forward to many more.

This past Wednesday 4 years ago this quiet young man joined our team and wow Will is no longer that quiet. He is one of our lead plumbers, received his Journeyman license this past year and stepped up into a leadership role. We are so thankful and and grateful that he is part of our company and family. Thank you Will for continuing to step up where needed.
