To my family, friends, supporters, and every voter who placed their trust in me—thank you.

I am deeply honored and humbled to have been elected as your Republican nominee for Sheriff. This victory is not mine alone; it belongs to every person who prayed for us, shared our message, encouraged others to vote, displayed a sign, or simply believed in our vision for the future of the Sheriff’s Office.

We could not have achieved this without each and every one of you. Your support, sacrifices, and unwavering faith carried us through this campaign, and I will never take that for granted.

I also want to thank the citizens of our county for continuing to place your trust in me. It is the honor of my lifetime to serve as your Sheriff. Our office cannot do this job alone—we rely on the partnership, trust, and support of the community every single day. Together, we will continue working to keep our county safe, strengthen our relationships, and provide the professional, compassionate service you deserve.

As we move forward to the general election, I remain committed to serving every resident with integrity, transparency, and dedication. This campaign has always been about service, not politics, and I promise to continue earning your trust each day.

Above all, I give thanks to God for His guidance throughout this journey. I truly believe His plan is greater than our own, and I look forward to what lies ahead with faith and gratitude.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me. I am honored to continue serving this incredible community.

God bless you all, and God bless our county.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has shown kindness, encouragement, and support over the past several months. I am truly grateful for this community and for the relationships we’ve built along the way.

I also want to thank my family, friends, and everyone who has been there through both the challenges and the successes. Your support has meant more than words can express.

Above all, I trust God’s plan and am thankful for His guidance, whatever lies ahead. I look forward to continuing to serve this community in the days to come

Your primary ballot is expected this week. Here is Koby Quayle's Bio:

Growing up in Brighton, I was raised with a strong respect for public service, hard work, and community. My father served with the Brighton Police Department, and from an early age I witnessed the dedication, sacrifice, and integrity required to serve others. I attended Brighton High School, where I earned my diploma before enlisting in the Army National Guard as an infantryman. My faith in God has remained a constant foundation throughout my life, guiding my decisions, my service, and my commitment to others.
Throughout my life, I have worked across many different industries and professions, each of which helped shape my work ethic, leadership style, and understanding of people from all walks of life. My experience includes security, tire service, sales, customer service, city government, Department of Defense security, field artillery administration, corporate management, law enforcement, and more. These opportunities taught me the importance of adaptability, accountability, and teamwork.
My law enforcement career began in 2011 as a Police Explorer with the Brighton Police Department. The Explorer program closely mirrored the structure and training of a police academy and provided hands-on experience working alongside officers in real-world situations. During that time, I assisted officers on calls involving suspects, victims, crime scenes, and community interactions while receiving direct mentorship and training from experienced law enforcement professionals. That experience solidified my passion for serving the public and pursuing a career in law enforcement.
In 2019, I reconnected with a high school crush who later became my wife. Together, we have built a family centered on faith, dedication, and service, and we are blessed with three beautiful daughters. Family remains the foundation that motivates me every day both personally and professionally.
My move to Sedgwick County was more than just a career opportunity—it was a chance to put roots down where my family’s history already ran deep. My family has ties to the county spanning three generations prior to me, and serving this community carries personal meaning and responsibility. Prior to serving in Sedgwick County, I worked for the Weld County Sheriff's Office within the jail division during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, Sedgwick County gave me the opportunity to attend the academy and obtain my POST certification, and I have proudly served the county ever since.
In 2024, I took office as Sheriff to fill a vacancy with only myself and one deputy remaining in the organization. Since then, we have transformed the office into a seven-person operation, including two part-time employees, while continuing to grow and strengthen the agency. Sedgwick County invested in me, and I remain committed to honoring that investment through dedicated service, strong leadership, faith-driven values, and an unwavering commitment to the people and community I proudly serve.
