I have had another victim reach out to me . Cody has a paying customers two trucks that he will not let the customer pay the invoice and get his trucks. This has been going on a year .
I also was contacted by another individual about Cody starting up a go find me account for someone that past away but kept the money for himself

CODY ELNICKI IS STARTING TO Feel THE KARMA COMING NACK TO HIM. He took a plea deal and was sentenced to a class D Felony and placed on supervised probation for 5 years. Felony burglary and felony theft. If we all keep pushing justice will eventually catch his lying fake ass

We have been in contact with both Kansas and Missouri Attorney General office. Several have sent messages with info and or claims. If you have fallen victim to Cody Elnicki in any situation as a customer, employee, insurance fraud, business partner ex girlfriend who he has stalked or even worse please message me if you would like to remain anonymous because of fear of his retaliation that is okay. We just need for everyone to speak up.
This is for you to be heard instead of being talked to like you are beneath Cody. There has been enough people come fourth that we now have the right people’s attention at this point it is all for the victims.

Cody Elnicki has victimized several people over the years including Girlfirends, employees, family members, friends, customers, insurance companies and more. To many his family money and false claims are intimidating enough before his verbal abuse and threats. He is a predator. He is not a man of God or a man period. He stalks women, he lies on his employees and has them arrested for things he approved them to do and he cheats his customers. If you have been affected by him let’s come together and stop this Wolf! This serpent! He is the worst kind of evil!
