This and another one coming. They are 11x18 full thickness butcher block cutting board. I can burn most any design into it that you choose. They have finger grooves cut into the bottom along with rubber feet for stability. $100 for simple designs and more for detailed designs. They are oiled with food grade oil and ready to use.

Heads up fellas!! It’s ain’t getting any better for us… Something we’ve always had the benefit of is using that thick , robust, laminate beam, header as a protection point for stream pe*******on. That middle ground between exterior & interior operations when heavy structural involvement exists on arrival. Wellll them days are disappearing! Start checking headers on new construction before betting your life on their support!

At the end of our last academy class, we invited a retired Lieutenant to speak about things he learned through his career. These were the 10 things he challenged each of us with, even if we weren’t the probies! I thought it would be fitting to put it on something more permanent than a piece of paper.
