Allow me to share a chapter of our story/testimony.

I am still in awe of my Husband helping make my Real Estate Development and family business dreams come true. This is the best gift 🎁 ever! A family business that can give for future generations.

God showed me this over 22years ago and I obeyed and started my journey to financial independence. Although SGRDC is a new LLC , I’ve been in Real Estate Investment since 2004. 😏.
We’ve got a few more irons in the 🔥. Real Estate Development is my passion! In 2021 we launched So Green Real Estate Development Company, LLC.
We believe that everyone deserves clean, safe, and affordable housing. A home is the foundation for family.
Gratitude to our COO aka My Omega Man! Honey 🍯 Do Love! Mr. Patrick who gets it done in rhe field!

As we enter phase II of the business plan..::👀 for a few new builds and some other developments that offer quality and affordable housing. This is ministry for us!

Celebration! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I maxed out my 401K and ROTH this year!! As a Coach it’s so important that I accomplish what I believe in! Financial Independence is very important to me.
I’m out here trying to share how to reach it sooner than later. Thank you to those who’ve trusted me to help them live a life that others may not understand but has moved them into areas of life that are more rewarding! Life by design!
