Republican Party candidates running for Ottawa County elected offices in the August 6 Primary election will hold a news conference and media availability on Friday July 19th

· Veterans Park, Hudsonville

The purpose of this event is to respond to the “request” from the Ottawa Impact dominated Ottawa County Republican Party Executive Committee that Republican candidates not endorsed by the party terminate their campaigns.
This news conference and media availability will provide the public with responses by the
Republicans campaigning in the primary to restore stability, fiscal responsibility and to end the chaos currently found in county government.
The Ottawa County administration and Ottawa County Republican Party are both controlled
by the extremist Ottawa Impact political faction.
The Ottawa County Republican Party, for the first in its long history, endorsed candidates in
the primary.
Following the news conference, there will be news media availability with the participants.
Several current and recent Republican elected officials and organizational leaders will also
take part.

Your voting guide for the August 6th Primary Elections. We need everyone to vote in the primary! Remember you can only vote on one side of the ticket. If you vote for both Republicans and Democrats in this election your ballot will be void!
You have so many voting options. It's not too late to receive an absentee ballot, in person voting starts on July 26, and you can vote on the day at your precinct on August 6.

We want to personally thank each one of you who came Wednesday and helped us canvass for Mark, Sarah, Cheryl, and Eric. Despite the rain we were able to contact over 500 homes. We also found home for signs! Overall the response was very positive, but many do not know how important the primary vote is.

Monday we are gathering again to canvass. We are meeting at 5:30 pm at Veternans Park, 3275 Central Blvd, Hudsonville, MI 49426

If you are able to help please arrive at the park at 5:30 and if you could spread the word to others who would be willing to help that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all of the supporters, not just from District 5 but from all over the county, that came out tonight to help us canvass and inform voters about the importance of the August 6th primary and their choices in this election. We had so much positive feedback about Mark, Sarah, Eric and Cheryl. People are looking for experienced leaders that put service to the county above their own agendas. Let's keep spreading the word.
