As I close in on my final days as a CMC I have reflected on what I think I did to be extremely successful. The below are the simple repeatable things I did each day to be the best Rudy I could be.

1. Treat my teams like a family.
2. Showed up to work on time.
3. Maintained a positive attitude no matter how hard the day was.
4. Put on a good looking uniform each day.
5. Did what my supervisor told me to do, did it well them reported back when the task was complete.
6. Learned from everyone I came into contact with.
7. Helped every one I could no matter what the rank. Doing this help me build lasting relationships that could help my Sailors and commands throught the years.

Thanks to those that have helped me over the last 31 Years!!

I will continue to do these things in my civilian life!!!!

Congratulations to the NTAG Jax Team. We have made mission three months in a row now. DC2 Hietpas has written 12 contracts this month. I consistently see her at the top of the pack. Great job DC2 on your successes.
