A huge thank you to Seaside Power Yoga for choosing us as their nonprofit partner for May! Every Sunday, their 10am class doubles as a fundraiser for a local nonprofit, and we're so grateful they once again chose to support our work. A special thanks to co-owner Erin for her thoughtful words about CGC and for giving our Board Chair, Eliot, a few minutes to share about our work during last Sunday's practice. Green looks good on us! 💚 Our team is wearing green today to show support for ! We're standing with NAMI Jacksonville - FL and so many other community partners across NE Florida who are making mental health care more accessible and less stigmatized.

Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder that talking about mental health, seeking support, and caring for ourselves is something to celebrate!

It's Mental Health Awareness Month, so let's talk about therapy! There are so many different types, and knowing what's out there can help you find what fits. Some approaches focus on changing negative thought patterns (CBT), others bring the whole family into the conversation (Family Therapy), and some teach skills for managing intense emotions or crisis moments (DBT), plus so many more!

This week marks Youth Mental Health Awareness Week here in Florida, and May is also National Teen Self-Esteem Month. Both are reminders that mental wellness and self-confidence go hand in hand! When teens feel good about themselves, they're better able to handle stress, build healthy relationships, and ask for help when they need it.
