***A little Introduction*** as always, reach out if need.
I was raised in Pilot K**b and a 1998 graduate from Arcadia Valley High School. I earned an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Leadership from Mineral Area College in 2001. I am in year 24 as a state park ranger and have dedicated my life to public service. I currently serve as the Assistant Chief Park Ranger (Major) for Missouri State Parks/Missouri State Park Rangers and also service as the Chief of Police for the Ironton Police Department since 2017. In my spare time 😊, I am an instructor at Mineral Area College Law Enforcement Academy.
Throughout my career, I been recognized with numerous honors, including Ranger of the Year (twice), the Trailblazer Award, Missouri Department of Natural Resources Employee of the Month, multiple Masterpiece Awards, and the KTJJ 110% Award.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and making memories with my family. I am married to Amber and we have two sons, Tyson and Stuart. Tyson is a 2024 graduate of Arcadia Valley HS and Stuart is a junior at Arcadia Valley HS. My family is the cornerstone of my life. I am big fan of dirt racing—especially Sprint Cars—and an active member of Arcadia Valley Chapel, valuing faith, family, and community in everything I do.
Now the why… I believe I bring a different voice and vision to the school board. I’m a proven leader that ensures every cent of tax dollars that I am responsible for is spent for the right reasons. I’m not afraid to ask questions and ensure the right answers are given. I am approachable, transparent and accountable. I want our campus to be a safe, fun and welcoming environment for all students, staff and faculty.
I would be honored and humbled to have your vote on April 7th!
