As your elected Clerk, I appreciate the opportunity to provide services and information important to you and your family. The Clerk is a Constitutional Officer set in place at the local level in 1838 by Article V of the Florida Constitution. The duties of the Clerk include serving as; Clerk to the Circuit and County Courts; custodian of Official Records; Recorder of all County Commission and Value Adjustment Board meetings and minutes; and Chief Financial Officer and County Auditor. The Clerk works in partnership with multiple governmental agencies, the business and legal community, and the Judiciary to provide services for our citizens. I am proud and thankful to serve with a distinguished group of professionals who consider the well-being of our citizens as a primary focus in the administration of their duties. We strive to expand the number of online services to provide efficient and convenient options when you need access to information and/or have the need to make a payment to the Court.
