On August 2, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 14300 block of Ella Boulevard.
Investigation revealed that a male, identified as Ezequiel Zuniga, allegedly unlawfully forced his way into a residence and assaulted a female occupant.
Deputies searched the area and were able to locate Zuniga near the residence and take him into custody.
“Ezequiel Zuniga was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault. His bond was set at $40,000.00 out of the 482nd District Court.

On August 18, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 19500 block of Oak Timbers Drive.
During the investigation, deputies determined that Tristian Pena allegedly assaulted the victim. Pena was subsequently taken into custody.
“Tristian Pena was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault. His bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 248th District Court.

THEFT CALL ENDS WITH A BONUS WARRANT!
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office have an adult male in custody following a theft call in the 7300 block of Louetta Road. Deputies quickly apprehended the suspect and discovered that he also had an open warrant for Aggregate Theft.

THEFT SUSPECT CAUGHT WITH MORE THAN $400 IN STOLEN MERCHANDISE!
On August 17, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft in progress at the Walmart located in the 26200 block of Northwest Freeway.
Upon arrival, deputies located the male suspect, identified as Gregg Lestingi. Investigation revealed that he passed all points of sale without paying for $422.44 worth of merchandise.
Gregg Lestingi was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10.

PRECINCT 4 LIVE: BICYCLE-THROWING SUSPECT IN CUSTODY!
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office have an adult male in custody following a disturbance in the 18700 block of Cypress Estates Drive.
Investigation revealed that the suspect became involved in a verbal altercation with another man before allegedly throwing a bicycle at him, causing injuries. Further investigation revealed that the suspect also had two open warrants for burglary.

On August 10, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11000 block of Wingborne Lane in reference to a robbery.
Upon arrival, deputies met with the complainant, who reported that three male suspects physically assaulted him and stole his belongings before fleeing the scene.
Constable Deputies immediately launched an extensive investigation, which included interviewing witnesses and tracking the victim’s stolen property. Through their investigation, deputies identified Andri Diaz, a convicted felon, as one of the suspects involved.
On August 17, 2026, Constable Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Diaz and successfully executed the warrant at his residence, where he was taken into custody.
Andri Diaz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Robbery. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 248th District Court. The investigation to identify the two additional suspects remains ongoing.
This arrest demonstrates the persistence of our deputies and investigators. We will continue following the evidence and aggressively pursuing those who prey on members of our community.

SUSPECT IN CUSTODY AFTER ASSAULTING ELDERLY NEIGHBOR!
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office have an adult male in custody following a disturbance near the 15500 block of San Milo Drive.
Investigation revealed that the suspect physically assaulted his elderly neighbor during an altercation. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.

LAST NIGHT…TRIPLE-DIGIT SPEEDS LEAD TO RECKLESS DRIVING ARREST!
Last night, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 14300 block of North Freeway after a driver was observed speeding over 100 MPH and driving recklessly.
The male driver was taken into custody and charged with Reckless Driving.
