A Houston man was arrested for possession of child po*******hy after detectives said he downloaded explicit photos and videos, including one in which a young girl posed with stuffed animals and another in which a naked man wore a Scream ghost-face mask to hide his identity during a sexual assault.
“Predators beware, you can’t hide from us,” Harris County Constable Precinct One Alan Rosen said. “We are on the job. We go everywhere and we will catch you.”
Jason Nguyen, 29, is charged with one count possession of numerous images of child po*******hy believed to have been downloaded from the internet.
The mask was part of an illegal video made years ago of an assailant who tried to hide his identity as he sexually assaulted a young girl.
The video is known by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to haven bee clandestinely and illegally shared for years on the internet.
Nguyen was arrested by detectives with the Constable Precinct One’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, which has traced cases from Harris County to various parts of the United States.
Constable Rosen asks that anyone who has tips about the defendant or other cases involving the sexual exploitation of children to contact Constable Precinct One’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit at 713-222-4929.
“We need everyone’s help,” Constable Rosen said. “Together, we can keep children safer.”

A Houston-area man was arrested after detectives found what they describe as thousands of images of AI-generated child po*******hy at his home, Harris County Constable Precinct One Alan Rosen announced Monday.

“Our detectives patrol cyberspace just as they also patrol the streets,” Constable Rosen said. “Predators beware – you will be caught.”

Alexander Bigelow,29, is charged as part of an ongoing investigation by Constable Precinct One’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

He faces three second-degree felonies of possession of computer-generated po*******hy of children under ten years of age. Each of those charges carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison and fine of up to $10,000.

The defendant is also charged with a state-jail felony of invasive visual recording of a bathroom or changing room, for using a camera disguised as a charger to covertly record a bedroom other than his own, according to a court record. That charge carries a penalty of up to two years in jail.

Detectives searching the defendant’s residence in Humble said they found a computer and a hard drive each containing thousands of AI-generated images of child po*******hy, according to a court record.

Possession of obscene material appearing to depict a child, regardless of whether the depiction was created by artificial intelligence, is a crime under a Texas law created in 2025.

Constable Rosen asks that anyone with tips about the defendant to contact Constable Precinct One’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit at 713-222-4929.

Two men are charged with felony water pollution for their roles in an unlicensed transmission repair shop where oil and other fluids were repeatedly allowed to saturate the soil, where rainwater carried them into Halls Bayou.
Elias Manuel Rodriguez Navarez,44, and Jose Leonel Rebolloso, 30, are charged with a state jail felony as the result of an investigation by Harris County Constable Precinct One’s Environmental Crimes Division.

“Most businesses follow the rules and get it right, but for those who don’t, there must be accountability under the law,” Harris County Constable Precinct One Alan Rosen said. “We all depend on a health environment and clean water to survive, and we all are victims when our environment and waterways are imperiled.”

The men ran a shop near the intersection of Jensen Drive and the Eastex Freeway feeder road, according to Constable Precinct One detectives, and that is where the oil and transmission fluid made there toward that bayou, which is considered a major watershed area.
Constable Precinct One worked in conjunction with the Aldine Management District as part of this effort to protect the environment.

Constable Rosen asks that anyone who spots dangers to the environment, such as illegal dumping or water pollution or other crimes, to contact the Harris County Constable Precinct One Environmental Crimes Division at 832-927-1567.

The Environmental Crimes Division has unique county-wide authority to investigate and enforce environmental laws.

As school starts this week and next for most students, we want to remind everyone that school buses are carrying our most precious passengers, our children.

Do you know when you are required to stop for a school bus?

If a school bus is stopped with its red lights flashing and stop sign extended, drivers on both sides of the road must stop when there is no physical median or barrier separating the lanes.

If the roadway is divided by a physical median or barrier, drivers traveling on the opposite side of that median generally do not have to stop. However, drivers traveling in the same direction as the bus must always stop.

And remember: stop for children crossing the roadway, put the cell phone down, and stay alert.

A few extra seconds could protect a child.
