The U.S. is by far the leader in the global AI race. With the Ratepayer Protection Pledge, this doesn't equal increased utility costs for American communities.

President Trump is taking action to ensure data center infrastructure price hikes DO NOT affect American consumers.

NATE SHEETS: RELEASE THE FLIGHT RECORDS AND EXPLAIN HOW YOU SPENT YOUR DONORS’ MONEY

Clayton Tucker has publicly stated that his campaign traveled nearly 20,000 miles across Texas and spent approximately $2,145 on fuel to meet farmers, ranchers, rural families, and working Texans face-to-face.

Now compare that with Nate Sheets.

Campaign-finance data available through May 16, 2026, shows Nate Sheets’ campaign reported paying $36,291.28 to Jet-Tencom LLC and another $24,514.51 to American Airlines. That is more than $60,000 combined paid to just those two travel-related vendors.

Nate Sheets is running to become the Texas Commissioner of Agriculture, not the commissioner of luxury air travel.

Texas farmers drive hundreds of miles in pickup trucks, work before sunrise, battle rising costs, drought, debt, and uncertainty, and donate their hard-earned money because they trust a candidate to represent them. They deserve to know why so much campaign money was spent on air travel.

Where did Nate Sheets fly?

Who traveled with him?

Were any family members or guests included?

What campaign events required these flights?

What services did Jet-Tencom provide?

Were commercial flights available?

Were any expenses personal, and if so, was the campaign fully reimbursed?

Nate Sheets should immediately release every invoice, itinerary, passenger record, destination, campaign purpose, and reimbursement associated with these expenses.

Texas law prohibits political contributions from being converted to personal use. The Texas Ethics Commission has stated that campaign-funded travel must be connected to campaign or official activities, and that political contributions cannot pay for travel whose primary purpose is personal or family-related.

We are calling on the Texas Ethics Commission to review these expenditures and determine whether every dollar was properly reported, reasonably spent, and directly connected to legitimate campaign activity.

We are not declaring that a violation has already been proven. We are saying the numbers raise serious questions that Nate Sheets has an obligation to answer.

While Clayton Tucker says he was driving nearly 20,000 miles to meet Texans on the ground, Nate Sheets’ campaign was spending tens of thousands of dollars in the air.

Rural Texas is not flyover country.

Nate Sheets, stop hiding behind campaign reports and political consultants. Release the flight records. Explain the spending. Tell your donors where their money went.

Texas donors deserve receipts.
Texas farmers deserve answers.
The Texas Ethics Commission should investigate.
