Completing full production in 2024, Cross Creek Ranch, a 20-year project fully designed by our META team from concept development and entitlement through schematic design.
The community provides a fully walkable experience, allowing all residents the ability to transition from their neighborhood to outdoor spaces in the community. At the community’s heart, is Flewellen Creek, which has been returned to a natural creek system with multi-use trails, a thriving ecosystem, workout stations, pedestrian bridges, and an 18-hole disc golf course. At 3 miles in length, the Flewellen creek corridor stretches from the north edge of Cross Creek Ranch to Westpark tollway on the southern boundary.
Consistent coordination between Johnson Development and the various consultants involved throughout the development process, including landscape architecture, engineering, and planning, have helped ensure a cohesive and inviting experience that can be felt throughout the community.
These thriving communities continue to offer exceptional locations with outstanding amenities, and signature quality of a Johnson Development community.
Although all homesites and commercial tracts have been sold within the Cross Creek Ranch community, we at META appreciate the approach taken within the community. All notes disciplines come together to create a cohesive and inviting experience that can be felt throughout Cross Creek Ranch.
