Most people try to use ACTION-stage strategies while still emotionally in contemplation or preparation.
So instead of building sustainable change, they build guilt, overwhelm, and frustration.
Understanding your stage changes the question from:
“What’s wrong with me?”
to:
“What support do I actually need right now?”
And honestly?
That changes everything.
