WHAT CHANGE WITH AFC LOOKS LIKE: Change is more than a moment—it’s a mindset. Through the PH4 program, participants experience real transformation by building skills, strengthening accountability, and preparing for successful reentry into their communities. From workforce readiness to personal growth, every step forward is designed to support lasting change and reduce recidivism through structured, evidence-based services.

MYTH BUSTERS: Reentry is not the end—it’s a new beginning. Today we challenged common misconceptions about returning home after incarceration and replaced them with facts, growth, and opportunity. Participants in the PH4 program are supported through evidence-based services designed to promote accountability, reduce recidivism, and strengthen successful community reintegration.

💙 Community Appreciation Post 💙

We would like to take a moment to publicly thank Ms. Evette Johnson, a dedicated counselor and community advocate in Pine Bluff.

On Thursday, June 17, we reached out to Ms. Johnson and shared an urgent need—our TLP clients were in need of a washer and dryer. By Saturday, June 20, she had already taken action. Ms. Johnson immediately turned to social media, rallied her community, and within days, one of her supporters donated a washer and dryer. In addition, her supporters contributed funds to cover needed parts and delivery to the apartment.

We were truly amazed by her swift response, generosity, and willingness to serve. This is a powerful example of how community partnerships make a real difference in the lives of our young people.

Thank you, Ms. Johnson, for your heart, your advocacy, and your commitment to supporting our TLP clients. We are grateful to partner with leaders like you who step up when it matters most. 💫👏
