A HUGE THANK YOU TO HARRIS COUNTY PRECINCT 4! Office of Commissioner Lesley Briones, Precinct 4

We want to extend our sincere appreciation to Harris County Precinct 4 for responding so quickly to address the ditch and drainage problems around Tomball VFW Post 2427.
The flooding had become a major concern for us. During heavy rains, the water was getting so bad that some of our veterans were afraid to drive to the Post because they didn’t feel it was safe to get through the flooded areas. For a place that serves as a home and gathering place for our veterans, that was heartbreaking.
We reached out for help on August 6th, and Precinct 4 listened, responded, and took action. Their quick attention to our drainage issues means more to us than simply fixing a ditch—it helps make sure our veterans can safely get to their Post.
Thank you to everyone at Harris County Precinct 4 who helped make this happen. Your responsiveness and commitment to our community and our veterans are truly appreciated.
