The Fort Bend County Technical Rescue Team recently participated in a regional training designed to enhance coordination, sharpen specialized skills, and strengthen response capabilities for complex rescue incidents.

This highly trained team operates under the administrative oversight of the Fort Bend County Fire Marshal’s Office, supported through federal homeland security grant funding. These resources ensure our personnel are equipped, trained, and ready to respond to high-risk, technical rescue situations across our region.

From confined space and rope rescue to structural collapse scenarios, this training reinforces our commitment to protecting lives and supporting our partner agencies when it matters most.

2️⃣ Click “Login or Register” (top right)
3️⃣ Select “Register for an account”
4️⃣ Enter your email (make sure it’s correct ✅)
5️⃣ Complete the form and click Submit
6️⃣ Check your email and click the verification link
7️⃣ Hit “Verify Email”, then sign in

✔️ Once logged in, you can:
• Submit plan reviews
• Apply for operational permits
• Request inspections

Lieutenant Ryan Berg, who has served both the Fort Bend County HazMat Response Team and PGVFD, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. Ryan has dedicated his time and service to protecting this community, and now it’s our turn to stand behind him and his family.
