Lots of people are suddenly seeing the truth of how horribly Sgt Daniel Perry has been treated and I don't know how y'all didn't see that years ago but I'm grateful you're seeing that now. Over 90 percent of exculpatory evidence was withheld from the grand jury that indicted him for murder. Some of the social media posts Perry made that you've seen in the media over the years are fabricated. He wasn't having illegal and inappropriate conversations with minors, texting while driving and many other things he's been accused of. Garret Foster has repulsive social media posts and he was the one looking for a fight that night. Perry was just trying to drop off his Uber rider and go back to Hood alive and he was put in the position of having to ensure he made it home safe in a way he never wanted to.

The jury for Sgt Daniel Perry just voted not guilty regarding his deadly conduct charges. This is the former Ft Hood NCO that killed the BLM rioter in Austin over 5 years ago and was convicted of but quickly pardoned for murder. The previous attempt to resolve the deadly conduct resulted in a fast mistrial being declared but not this time.

The Major Richard Star Act discharge petition reached 218 signatures on Sept. 16.

That means the clean bill can move forward on its own, separate from TCAVA.

Congress may be out of session, but advocacy doesn’t take a break. Find your local town hall and ask your representative if they plan to vote YES on the Major Richard Star Act this Congress, WITHOUT reducing veterans’ compensation to pay for it.
