The group was surprised to receive a preparedness pack, an HEB giftcard and pamphlets with important step-by-step instructions to be disaster ready. NAM's Young at Heart senior center is focusing on balanced eating and on-the-go nutrition. Maritza and Delores from NAM's meals on wheels program came together and provided two cooking demos. Through their hard work and dedication, FedEx volunteers packed 300 boxes of food that will help provide nutritious meals and support to families served by Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM) during our upcoming distribution drive.
