CFISD officials have continued to monitor Tropical Storm Edouard throughout the evening. The weather pattern has shifted farther northeast and the local impact is expected to be minimal. Schools will be open on Wednesday, Sept. 2.

CFISD is monitoring the weather from Tropical Depression Five in the Gulf. County officials have indicated the major impact will likely be south and east of I-45.
At this time, CFISD is planning for a regular school day on Tuesday, Sept. 1. Please monitor the CFISD website, social media channels and local news media in the event of any potential changes to the school day.
