I have a unique birthday gift request - since today’s my bday 🥳
It’s to help the https://shieldmission.com - a coalition united to combat Covid - an answer to just THREE questions, with some research papers or data sets referenced to back the answers.
We designed and built OxiKit an open source oxygen concentrator pushing 15 LPM at 97% concentrated oxygen - free to the world to build using commonly found parts at local hardware stores.
Why? Because 75% of hospitalized Covid recover with predominantly a mask they wear to breathe concentrated oxygen. That’s it. Shifting these patients to use OxiKit with at home with the integrated remote Telehealth software doctors can use to monitor patients will remove 75% of the load off hospitals, allowing a balanced solution to provide care to patients at a drastically lower cost PLUS open economies worldwide since the curve will flatten with demand for hospital beds dropping by 75%!
This plan is supported by top Chief medical doctors, entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers and leaders at NGO’s.
These answers will save millions of lives to activate the builders of the world. We need the data to support the observations of this phenomenon by just about every doctor worldwide treating Covid patients.

**First Question**
What specific number of hospitalized Covid patients recover with just the need for high flow o2? (I’ve been told 70% to 80% by doctors based on their observations).
**Second & Third Question**
What is the recovery rate and casual fatality rate at a top aggregate level of all patients who were prescribed o2 therapy split into two categories:
**Second Question**
Covid Patients at admission who **CAME IN** hypoxic with o2 sat levels under 90% and were given o2 therapy, what is the recovery rate? CFR? (Casual fatality rate %)
**Third Question**
Covid patients at admission who were **NOT** hypoxic with o2 levels above 93% and were given o2 therapy, what is their recovery rate at an aggregate level? CFR %?
The answers to these three questions will be the best birthday gift I have ever received.
You don’t have to do the work if you don’t have the capacity to do so, but asking your friends, social networks - there’s maybe someone in there that can get these answers.
I’ve tried my best. I can’t get these answers. It’s a roadblock for ShieldMission to help mitigate Covid - I kindly request your help.
(Data could come from any country around the world - May even be easier to get it in other countries with more open data sets).
