Since 1998, Dress for Success Houston has been empowering women to achieve economic independence through a network of support, professional attire, and career development resources.
But behind the mission are real women with a deep passion for uplifting others. They are visionaries, leaders, mentors, and advocates who believe in the power of one opportunity to change a life.
Over the past 25+ years, more than 47,000 women in the Houston area have walked through the doors of DFS Houston and found more than a suit, they found confidence, community, and a clear path to success.
With over 20 programs tailored to each woman’s unique journey, DFS Houston helps women build skills, secure employment, and grow into leaders in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
Their passionate team staff, Board of Directors, Advisory Council and the generosity of donors, all services are offered at no cost to clients. It’s a model built on dignity, respect, and the unwavering belief that one woman, one suit, one job can change the world.
This Saturday, we celebrate the mission. We honor the women. And we thank those who continue to create lasting change.
