As of July, these funds have allowed AADA to assist 63 clients, many of whom are immigrants with no family support. Without these funds, our hands were tied when it came to providing essential needs to our clients and their children. Things as critical as car repairs, medication, and daily living expenses were beyond our ability to cover, and these are often the key supports that allow survivors to maintain their independence and safety. These funds are not just about emergency services—they allow us to provide comprehensive, culturally specific support to some of the most vulnerable women in our community. Without them, many of our clients would have been left with no options and no way to escape abusive situations.
