Devarjaye Daniel is a ten year old diagnosed with metastatic anaplastic ependymoma brain and spine cancer, there is currently not a cure for this type of cancer. However, with a prognosis not so good, Devarjaye carries an undeniable spirit and gains the attention of everyone he meets. Devarjaye is one of three children, all being raised by a blue collar single father who is a service-connected disabled military veteran who honorably served our country.

Devarjaye has recently gained the attention of multiple law enforcement agencies in the Houston area and has been sworn-in as an honorary officer, deputy and federal special agent by multiple agencies. Devarjaye has won the hearts of many, if you ever met Devarjaye in person, you would immediately see why. Moreover, local news outlets are beginning to cover Devarjaye’s remarkable journey.

Devarjaye was diagnosed with brain and spine cancer in September of 2018. Since his diagnosis, he has undergone 11 surgeries and a number of other extensive medical procedures. Devarjaye's medical diagnosis is terminal and was initially given five months to live. Devarjaye continues to courageously fight cancer with the relentless support of his parents, members of the community and many prayer support groups.

It’s amazing how going through this Cancer journey
God let’s you see people for who they truly are -sleepless nights
-Long days
-Often crying alone

No shoulder to lean cause the people who said that they were with you 100% just did that “Said it”

People who said they cared about Devarjaye really was out for themselves and photo ops
You know who you are and it pains me when he ask me about ya but I’m not gonna lie to him I said to him “when the hard parts over that’s when those people will magically reappear”

Another day has gone and God has blessed him with another day he has blessed another to right our wrongs

Devarjaye genuinely wants and works hard dispute his Brain and Spine Cancer having 11 Brain surgeries having Adavced stages of Cataracts and not mention a drain that is from his brain to his stomach underneath his skin drain his brain fluid to his stomach fighting with Short Term Memory
Sacrificed him to be the study for medicine that was used to experiment on him for which his results have saved 10’s of thousands of children and adults across the world
He loves all gives hugs and leave no with getting a hug or handshake and may be a rub on the head
I see the slow gradual decline and it’s painful
As a man this first I can’t fix this but I will embrace this not as bad thing but as a blessing because God has his ways of teaching all of and show us things after all we are all in a classroom of life trying to graduate Heavens University.

He also wants everyone to become more and have Awareness of Childhood Cancer
- Ending Senseless Gun Violence
- Child Abuse
- Domestic Violence
- Support for Law Enforcement

I still can’t believe Devarjaye said “I wanted to go to Disney World” but I just want do God’s work and that he rather keep going until his gas runs out to Hugs and Shake hand of everyone especially his Law Enforcement Officers”

He is so amazing - Selfless - Caring -Resilient-Strong and Thoughtful
For a 10 year old passing on 30 lol like always says……
