As a former candidate for the Texas Senate, my heart is broken to hear the passing of one of the most compassionate and hardworking public officials I've known in my lifetime. She always spoke to me with warmth whenever we crossed paths either on the campus of Texas Southern University, at the Federal Building or at a community event. Most of all she sponsored one of my petitions for Parental Rights in the Education System during the Pandemic. Not to mention we shared the platform at TSU during the 2022 MidTerm Elections...It was an honor and motivation for me to serve my purpose as a community advocate who fights for equality, justice, liberty and freedom ‼️

Thank U Honorable Congresswoman Shelia Jackson Lee for your service and also thank you to her family for sharing her with us....
